Free standard shipping on all orders over $500. Orders under $500 incur a flat rate of $25 for domestic shipping. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

Every piece is carefully packaged in our signature luxury packaging, including a protective case, authenticity certificate, and care instructions. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. All pieces must include original tags, certificates, and packaging materials. Custom or personalized items are final sale.

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. You will receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. The original item must be returned before the new item ships.
